Workmanship warranty
Every Overhead Achievers installation is backed by our own workmanship warranty. If a problem arises from how we installed your roof, we will make it right. The exact term and coverage are spelled out in your written estimate and final contract.
Manufacturer system warranties
Our premium shingle systems carry manufacturer warranties of up to 40 years covering the roofing materials themselves. Because we are certified installers, many jobs qualify for enhanced system warranties that cover both materials and labor — ask your estimator which options apply to your roof.
Storm and insurance work
Repairs and replacements tied to an insurance claim are warrantied on the same terms as any other job. We document everything so your coverage is protected.
How to make a claim
If you ever need warranty service, call or email us with your address and a description of the issue. We keep records of every job and will schedule a visit promptly.
